Doug Ford sets off a chain reaction of debate-related childishness
After Sunday’s controversy, Doug Ford vowed not to participate in any future debates with lesser-known mayoral candidate Ari Goldkind. On Thursday, the Star reported that Ford made good on that promise by getting Goldkind disinvited from tonight’s scheduled Inner City Union debate. Things got a little ridiculous, though, when John Tory answered by cancelling his own participation in the debate, in protest—at which point Doug also withdrew from the event, because he’s primarily interested in debating Tory. Around then, the debate organizers reinvited Goldkind, forcing Tory to rescind his cancellation. It’s not clear whether Ford will show, after all.

Who cares if Doug shows? Personally, I hate the sound of his voice ….. and, I’m not interested in what he has to say. He can stay home.
Just like anything that Doug is involved with…it turns into nothing but a circus…then Doug runs away with his marbles like a spoilt child when he doesn’t get his way.
Doug wants Toronto politics to be like China. With Ford Nation pre-selecting candidates, just like in China.
Doug is nothing. A nobody. A no-one. What a pity he refuses to recognize that fact.
