Yo Sox plants its feet permanently on Queen Street

Toronto-based sock seller Yo Sox has opened a permanent Queen West store, at the same location that housed its popular holiday pop-up shop. The sleek space, with its (very) minimalist decor and pale wooden furniture, offsets the quirky, celeb-approved socks (they’ve been spotted on the feet of heartthrobs Adrian Brody and Daniel Radcliffe—as well as the not-as-lovable-right-now Joffrey Lupul). The brand’s spring lineup boasts the kind of psychedelic flowers, busy paisley patterns and bold camo prints that’ll look just perfect poking out from this season’s cropped trousers. Our favourite collection, however, caters to the current obsession with junk food–themed clothing, and involves oversized hotdogs, bacon and burgers combos (all of which should probably be reserved for more casual occasions).

3 orders with 4 socks each and I can’t get enough of Yo Sox. I wear them with a suit by day and casual by eve/weekend. Keep bringing on new patterns!
I love the designs and I’ve had a few pairs for over a year now. Quality is great and they hold up after several washes. Looking forward to visit the store as I’ve only bought online in the past.
Looks like they make a good pair of socks at a good price. Can’t tell if I would buy them or not because I don’t know what % “a touch of elastane and nylon” translates to. Anything less than around 90% cotton I find not breathable enough.
Thanks Gibby! We look forward to seeing you at the Flagship. It’s great to hear that you are enjoying your collection. We are excited for you to see our new Spring styles when you come to check out the store!
