Proenza Schouler’s Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez will take over The Room at The Bay in June

It may be hard to imagine another Bay party generating as much hype as Anna Dello Russo’s recent fete, but Toronto girls with a New York attitude will get as excited as we are to hear that Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, designers behind label Proenza Schouler, are having a trunk show on June 1 from noon to 2 p.m. at The Room at The Bay.

Fans of the much-coveted Proenza Schouler PS 1 can show their appreciation for Hernandez and McCollough’s work at this exclusive-to-The-Bay meet-and-greet, and feel like they’ve joined the ranks of loyal Schoul-girls Kristen Stewart, Kirsten Dunst, Mary-Kate Olsen, Caroline Sieber and Chloë Sevigny. We’ve heard whispers of an exclusive fete scheduled for The Bay, with free-flowing champagne and, who knows, maybe some make-out sessions from the no-longer-dating duo. For some, this will be like meeting the Pope, and for others, yet another excuse to get dressed up to impress someone from New York.
