Arthur Mendonça has returned after a bankruptcy-induced hiatus, and we think his fall/winter 2011 collection was well worth the wait. Mendonça presented a group of prints, lace, velvet and plunging V-neck lines that reflects the spirit of the ’70s, a style that the fashion world has taken a shine to (again). Reactions from the fashion pack included, “I need a cigarette after that collection,” “I really, really loved it” and various other bawdy analyses. Welcome back, Arthur.
