Brides-to-be yearning to shop at Kleinfeld, the wedding emporium featured in TLC’s Say Yes To The Dress, will no longer have to pilgrimage to New York to find their dream dress (or, in some cases, dresses). Hudson’s Bay Company has bought the exclusive rights to the store in Canada and plans to launch a Kleinfeld’s flagship at The Bay on Queen Street in early 2014, with Vancouver and Montreal branches to follow. The Toronto store is set to be a hefty 20,000 square feet, with gowns ranging from $1,500 to $30,000. That’s welcome news for local brides, though we wonder if dress consultant extraordinaire Keasha Rigsby is as happy to hear her former bosses are moving in on her new territory.
