Arthur Mendonça’s fall/winter 2012 show proved to us that he’s still the same designer he once was, offering sexy clothes that a variety of women would want to wear, from a glossy patent leather rain jacket to an acid yellow gown. It was a mostly impressive showing, and truth be told, we didn’t find the A Clockwork Orange–style bowler hats one bit hokey.
