FASHION

BEAN SPROUT Don’t panic, but the kids’ boutique is having a pre-season snowsuit sale (emphasis on the pre-, please). Take 20 per cent off all suits and 60 per cent off all final summer clearance items, including Geox sandals. 565 Mount Pleasant Rd., 416-932-3727, beansprout.ca.

JACFLASH Summer merchandise at this West Queen West store that caters to both teens and adults is discounted by 50 per cent. Already discounted items in their “garage sale”—taking place, naturally, in the former garage at the back of the store—are all under $50. 1036 Queen St. W., 416-516-8766.

LINEA INTIMA The lingerie shop is having a mother-daughter sale: when both buy bras, the panties are free. Print off the coupon here. Until Sept. 30. 1925 Avenue Rd., 416-780-1726, lineaintima.com.

SYDNEY’S The menswear store is advertising up to 75 per cent off spring and summer clothing, including Band of Outsiders button-down shirts ($100–$125, down from $250) and Dries van Noten suits ($750, down from $1,500). 795 Queen St. W., 416-603-3369, sydneystoronto.com.

BARRYMORE FURNITURE The huge fall sale at Barrymore features up to 60 per cent off clearance items, 25 to 30 per cent off custom sofas, sectionals and chairs, dining room sets and bedroom furniture. 1168 Caledonia Rd., 416-532-2891, barrymorefurniture.com.

FUTÉ DESIGNS This furniture shop on an ever-less-dingy strip of Dundas West is holding an inventory clearance sale: indoor items are 30 per cent off and outdoor are 40, including amazing rattan daybeds and genie chairs. Get 20 per cent off lighting, too. 824 Dundas St. W., 416-762-0167, futedesign.com.

KOMA DESIGNS Koma has been drawing customers to Parkdale with its mix of antiques, industrial and modern designs. But not for long. On September 30, the store will close its doors. (Don’t worry, a new location is in the works.) In the meantime, head to the store for its Big Ass Sale, where all vintage pieces are marked down to clear. Until Sept. 30. 1239 Queen St. W., 416-532-5662, komadesigns.com.

PAVILION The popular home furnishings store opens its warehouse doors to the public every Saturday, offering discounts of 30 to 50 per cent on floor models. The oblong Noguchi coffee table, for instance, is marked all the way down to $399 from $575. 42 Gladstone Ave., 416-504-9859.

STYLEGARAGE The fifth annual sample sale at this condo-friendly furniture store is a one-day affair. It’s worth waking up early to snag deals on floor model chairs, sofas and accent tables. The catch: items must leave the store immediately after they’re purchased. Sept. 26. 8:30–6. 938 Queen St. W., 516-534-4343, stylegarage.com.

WEST ELM Students save 10 per cent on all purchases when they show their university ID. What better way to bleed out an OSAP loan than with a few canvas magazine butlers? Until Oct. 1. 109 Atlantic Ave., 416-537-0110, westelm.com.
