Canada was, for a long time, an online shopping hinterland, but that situation is finally improving thanks to a rash of recent e-commerce launches. The latest is a doozy: supermarket brand–turned–fashion powerhouse Joe Fresh opened its own online shop earlier this week. The site carries over 3,000 items from Joe Mimran’s wallet-friendly collections for men, women and kids (a beauty section is still in the works). As an added incentive, the Loblaws-owned company is offering free Canada-wide shipping on orders over 50$—which shouldn’t be hard to meet. [joefresh.com]
