The history

The home was built in 2013 as part of a group of 45. The exterior has the boxy style and big windows popular with new-home buyers, and, since this is an end unit, the interior is a bit wider (by about a foot and a half) than most of the other houses in the complex. A $133 monthly maintenance fee pays for a shared underground driveway and a shared irrigation system for the front yard.

Big selling point

The house is basically new, so any major maintenance costs should be well down the road.

Possible deal breaker

From the exterior, all the homes in this development look pretty similar. Trinity Bellwoods hipsters might scoff at the uniformity, but the buyer will probably be too busy lounging on their private balcony to notice:
