The history

The building, a faux-Art Deco tower, was designed by Quadrangle Architects and completed in 2011. This particular penthouse hasn’t seen much use. The seller bought the place in 2013, and has rented it for the past two MLB seasons to a member of the Toronto Blue Jays (the listing agent won’t say which one), who uses it when he’s in town for games.

Big selling point

The King West nightclub strip, BMO Field and Rogers Centre are all within walking distance. So is Billy Bishop airport—ideal for those last-minute trips to New York or Chicago.

Possible deal breaker

The kitchen doesn’t have much cupboard or counter space, though there’s plenty of room to add more:

By the numbers

• $2,000,000 • 3,100 square feet • $1,670 in monthly maintenance fees • 4 terraces • 3 bedrooms • 3 bathrooms • 2 parking spaces • 1 fireplace
