The history

A couple who work in lighting design bought this 20-year-old condo just under a decade ago. Four years ago, they commissioned Hassaniplawinski Design to help them rethink the space. The redesign included new lighting (of course), new 11-inch-wide smoked oak flooring and a 1,300-bottle wine cellar:

The owners had a 19-foot-long concrete table poured on the terrace. It seats 12 guests and has troughs for chilling champagne:
