The Place

This gawk-worthy six-bedroom, nine-bathroom house on Oakville’s waterfront is one of the few properties in the area with a private pier. The château-inspired home comes with nine parking spots, a private west wing for domestic workers and chandeliers galore. Residents are within walking distance of a handful of parks, and motorists are a short drive from both the QEW and Highway 403.

The History

The owners moved into the house in 2013. Since then, they added the tennis court, fitness centre and theatre. Now they’re putting the estate back on the market.
