The Place

A three-plus-three-bedroom, five-bathroom modern farmhouse in Caledon sitting on 27 acres of land. The property comes with trails and a concrete pool in the backyard along with a pool house and a lounge. It also has a detached garage with space for two cars plus storage as well as a loft for a future nanny or in-law suite. It’s about an hour’s drive from downtown Toronto and 40 minutes from Pearson.

The History

The house was built in 2004. The owners have since undergone several rounds of renos, such as upgrading the exterior from stucco to metal siding and tricking out the kitchen.

Heading to the opposite end of the home reveals the living quarters. This is the main suite, complete with a Juliet balcony that overlooks the back field.
