An opposite angle shows the kitchen. It has stainless steel KitchenAid appliances and LED-lit cabinets.

The kitchen cabinets are underlit by LEDs.

The quartz island doubles as a breakfast bar and conceals a Whirlpool wine fridge.

The island seats four.

Here’s a closer look at that wine fridge.

Back downstairs: an art-filled lounge for residents. That’s a conference room inside the glass box.

The lounge is luxurious.
