A two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in Elm–Ledbury, a brand-new rental complex featuring twin towers at Queen and Mutual. The home comes with an open-concept kitchen and living space, and has shared amenities such as on-site healthcare, an early-childhood education centre and a specialty juicer. It’s within walking distance of the businesses along Queen, the Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market and Dundas station. And motorists are a short drive from both the DVP and the Gardiner.
Designed by Hariri Pontarini, this new vertical neighbourhood opens to residents on August 1. The place houses 540 homes in total, with nine rental units just like this one, spread across the upper half of the building.

Open the front door and right away, residents are in the living area, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows.
Toronto firm Figure3 designed the property, adorning it with Italian-made cabinets, quartz counters and a marble backsplash. There’s also new, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances.
The Whirlpool wine fridge sits within the central island, so bubbly is always within arm’s reach.
Here’s a closer look at the living space and den. Those windows are equipped with roller blinds.
This is the first of two bathrooms. It has a floating vanity as well as porcelain floors and a penny-tiled rainfall shower.
The second bathroom continues the first’s design motif.
Now the main bedroom. Big enough for a king-sized bed, it flows into the walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.
Taking the elevator downstairs reveals the lounge-like lobby and the buffet of shared amenities.
The building calls its professional-athlete-friendly fitness centre the Temple.
Attached is the Raptors-themed half court.
There’s also a yoga studio.
A peek inside the pet spa.
And the complex comes with this lounge that doubles as a co-working space or a party room for dinner with friends.
The ski simulator is a unique feature for kids at heart.
Lastly, the racing simulator—just because.
