Neighbourhood: Lawrence Park Price: $9,500,000 Size: 4,646 square feet Bedrooms: 5+1 Bathrooms: 6 Parking spots: 6 Real estate agents: Joy Verde, RE/MAX Hallmark Joy Verde Group Realty

The Place

A five-plus-one-bedroom, six-bathroom detached nestled in leafy Lawrence Park, this property features an underground double-car garage that, thanks to the lot’s unique topography, allows for extra square footage on the main floor. It comes with a full snow-melt system, heated indoor tiles, Italian white-oak floors, a gym, a sauna, and a resort-like backyard with a pool, a hot tub and a cabana. Residents are within walking distance of Cheltenham Park, Sunnybrook Hospital and the many businesses along Mount Pleasant. And motorists are a short drive from both Bayview and the 401.

The History

Highcroft Homes completed the custom build in 2022 after a year of construction. The company onboarded architect Mahir Manios of ManArch Design and Leila Macdonald of Schumacher Interior Designs to create a home that was both contemporary and timeless. Now empty nesters, the owners are ready to pass the keys to a new family.

The Tour

Here’s the mansion’s façade and three-car garage, which comes with heated floors. The nearly eight-centimetre-thick mahogany door makes a striking first impression.
