The history

This home is a 1972 prefab home by Viceroy. Around 1994, a previous set of owners raised it off its joists and added the unfinished basement. The current owners bought the cottage in 2008 and made some additions, like the custom-built kitchen cabinets, done by a local Mennonite craftsman:

Big selling point

The living room has 13-foot-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. In the back, there’s a 250-square-foot deck with a view of Crego Lake.

Possible deal breaker

The lake restricts boaters to 10 horsepower or under, so those cigarette boats will have to stay in storage. On the plus side: the cottage comes with a paddle boat:
