Previously sold for: $999,999 Size: 2,704 square feet plus a 1,105-square-foot basement Bedrooms: 4+2 Bathrooms: 5 Real estate agent: Susan Gucci, Royal LePage

The Place

A four-plus-two-bedroom, five-bathroom detached in O’Connor-Parkview. The house is funky on the outside and streamlined on the inside, with plenty of white, natural light and elegant custom millwork. It’s surrounded by the Don River’s stunning ravine network and will one day be a quick bus ride to the Aga Khan Eglinton Crosstown stop. And motorists are a short drive from both the DVP and Woodbine Avenue.

The History

In 2016, the current owners bought the three-bedroom bungalow that once stood on this lot for $999,999. They lived in it for a few years before tearing it down and building a new modern box in 2022.
