The Place

A four-bedroom, five-bathroom house sandwiched between Yonge and Avenue, custom-built by Haddington Developments, architect Lorne Rose and interior designer Kirsten Marshall. The brand-new home comes with outdoor space on every storey, a tiered backyard, herringbone floors, an elevator and views of the midtown skyline. It’s within walking distance of Eglinton Park and the future Eglinton Crosstown. And motorists are a short drive from Allen Road.

The History

This detached was the grand prize in the spring 2023 Princess Margaret Home Lottery. Everything inside, from the light fixtures to the art on the walls, was curated to be move-in ready. Now the owners are selling, putting the home on the market for the first time.
