The place

A six-bedroom, eight-bathroom fortress in Mimico with six parking spots and a buffet of amenities for hosting. The home is within walking distance of the Mimico GO station and half a dozen parks. It’s also a 30-minute bike ride from downtown and a quick drive from the Gardiner and Lake Shore Boulevard. 

The history

The house was built from scratch in 2016. The current owners purchased it in June 2022, when the market was in a lull, for $3.175 million. Now they’re relocating to New York for a job opportunity and putting the place on the market.

The façade is brick and stone, with a double garage and a four-car driveway.

Here’s the kitchen, equipped with granite counters, a Wolf gas stove, a Sub-Zero fridge, a double oven, custom cabinets and a pot filler.
