That being said the red washroom is hideous and the entire third floor needs a make-over. The furniture is not included…I hope…..and not a fan of the basketball partition either. Beyond repainting a few of the rooms the house is ideal.
I’m not a big fan of traditional decor but overall great house and the coach house (wow).
Great house, a bit retro. However 20K property tax isn’t really for 99% of the people in Toronto.
The nicest house that T.L. has shown,in my opinion.Even with the bathroom from Noodles.
Wow, the Eurotrash WC has to go, but well done otherwise–particularly the rooftop and backyard/coachhouse.
one question: why the low-end laundry machines from The Brick in a 4M home?
The bitching from everyone who will never live in anything remotely like this is so typical. Grow up show some restraint, if not some basic decorum. As for the laundry, who cares, the owner will never know what they are for nor ever see them so who cares what they look like. The house is lovely full stop.
aaaahhhh… buy me a ticket or two for Lotto Max and then bring me this house.. love it… no fault.. indeed… none..a house like this right in the heart of the city… amazing
Hey havingalook2, not sure if know the Toronto market, but people in 4M homes do their own laundry, shop for groceries, and do all the same stuff you do. You have to drop 10M+ in this city before you have the maids et al. This isn’t Saskatoon…
oh, and because I know the next question–I live in 2.5M home and I shop at No Frills and pick up my own dry cleaning…
“bathroom from Noodles”… Hilarious… Now I have to go back and search all of the thumbnails I avoided in my search for the hot tub and lap pool…

Likewise shot of the installation of a fast lane* current generator for the pool i dont see a use for it either.
Usually when one spends 4.5M on a residence they expect a covered garage as well. I don’t think this is a practical house, given me a mansions with a proper pool and tennis court for the same price and i’ll drive the extra 20 minutes each day.

I would rip out the basketball court and make it a driveway leading to the coach house which would now act as my four car garage (because no one who pays this much for a home should have to park outside).
Its nice, but its location is terrible; bedford is very busy and it is located beside a parking lot…
the location is horrible! I want to live in my home, not on the parking lot!
Either the rooms have no color at all or then they have been painted in crazy colors, I do not get it. Does nobody in this city use stylists when they decorate their homes?
