The Place

A four-plus-one-bedroom, three-bathroom, one-and-a-half-storey detached farmhouse in Terra Cotta, a hamlet in rural Caledon. The property comes with an in-ground pool, a pool house for guests and a tennis court surrounded by fruit trees. About an hour’s drive from Toronto, it’s also a short walk from the Terra Cotta Community Centre, the Forge Park and the businesses along King Street. The cottage is also right next to the 35-kilometre Caledon Trailway Path.

The History

The house was built in the 1970s, designed to attract Toronto families looking for a summer escape. The current owners purchased the property in 2017 but are now relocating to British Columbia.
