Neighbourhood: Sherwood Park Price: $1,139,800 Size: 1,008 square feet Bedrooms: 2 Bathrooms: 3 Parking spots: 1 Maintenance fees: $557.90 Real estate agent: Ira Jelinek, Harvey Kalles Real Estate

The place

A two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo on the 29th floor of 101 Erskine Avenue. The place comes with many shared amenities, including a rooftop pool, a fitness centre, a movie theatre and a 24-hour concierge. It’s a quick drive from Bayview and the DVP; a short walk from the shops, restaurants and cinema on Yonge; and it has easy access to Eglinton subway station and the coming Crosstown LRT.

The history

Tridel completed the 260-unit complex in 2020, and this unit’s current owner purchased it in May 2021. She paid for many upgrades, including electric blinds, a bar fridge, hardwood floors, and a quartz counter and backsplash in the kitchen. Now she’s found a house down the street with her life partner and is looking to sell.
