12 macpherson is not yorkville, just sayin
I love it…amazing entrance. Possible to sell it furnished ? the current owner has impeccable taste and style and the layout is superb. Curious, why not show any of the 5 bathrooms on a 2 bedroom condo ? madness and waste of space – before you purchase check if 2 bathrooms can be torn out and converted to bedrooms for your houseguests after you throw the party of the century.

Steve, I believe Condominiums and Townhouses are mutually exclusive terms. Maybe this shouldn’t be labeled as a town house at all, if the owner is paying monthly maintenance fees and does not have any ownership on the land that the property is sitting on. Sharing a wall does not = Townhouse.
Steve, sadly you are being mis-informed if you think the two terms are exclusively separate. yet you identified the property as a townhouse in your OP?
The Good – location, layout, incorporation of the church’s architectural details into the living space and those windows!
The Bad and Ugly – none from the pictures although the lack of bathroom and kitchen images are disconcerting.
The Realtors – no listing on your site except the other unit TH5? Are you that frugal?
