Contest: Casa Loma’s Christmas at the Castle and Holiday Lights Ten lucky Insiders will win a pair of tickets to Casa Loma’s Christmas at the Castle holiday experience and light display. This stunning annual event brings plenty of Santa’s magic to the castle, including a six-metre-tall Christmas tree in the Great Hall, smaller holiday trees throughout the mansion, beautifully decorated rooms, live performances, family-friendly activities and more. Settle in with a festive beverage, enjoy some snacks and get creative—you’ll have everything you need to make a gorgeous winter wreath, including fresh greenery, holiday accents and expert guidance. Seasoned crafters and beginners are welcome. Spaces are limited. December 5, 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Contest: Tickets to The Firebird with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra Five lucky Insiders will win a pair of main-floor seats to The Firebird performed by the TSO at Roy Thomson Hall. Vivid, dramatic and charged with emotion, this spectacular program includes Brahms’s Piano Concerto No. 1 and Arvo Pärt’s Symphony No. 1 as well as Stravinsky’s titular composition. Winners will also have access to a special prelude performance by the TSO Chamber Soloists. This event will be taking place on January 17, with the prelude beginning at 6:15 p.m. Contest begins December 15 at 2 p.m.
