The stars of Luxe Listings Toronto celebrate season one with spectacular penthouse party

Atop the Soho Hotel Toronto, in the penthouse suite, the bold and brightest among Toronto’s real estate community gathered for a night of celebration, anticipation, and a glimpse into the high-stakes world of luxury living. The exclusive affair marked the launch of Luxe Listings Toronto, Prime Video’s new series that unveils one of the world’s most cunning real estate markets. 

Against the backdrop of Toronto’s iconic skyline, glasses were raised in the name of the show’s three stars and real estate agents: Peter Torkan, Paige Torkan, and Brett Starke. Fittingly, on the cocktail menu were three featured drinks handpicked by the titan realtors: a lychee martini for Paige, a negroni for Peter, and an old fashioned for Brett—founder of The Starke Group and the self-proclaimed “King of King Street.”

As drinks flowed and hors d’oeuvres were enjoyed, including tuna tartare and wild mushroom arancini, scenes from the seven-episode inaugural season brought the conversation to new heights. How could it not? From multimillion-dollar mansions in The Bridle Path to sprawling penthouses in the city’s Entertainment District, Luxe Listings Toronto puts the city’s most opulent homes on full display. To match, the trio provide a revealing glimpse into navigating the hyper-competitive real estate market of Toronto for the very first time. 

But the party wasn’t just about glitz and glamour—it was a celebration of Toronto itself. The evening’s entertainment featured local Trapeze artistry and live music acts, an open-air photo booth and more. Offering a special keepsake to remember the night, The Perfume & Cologne Bar on site offered guests an opportunity to create their own signature scents. It was the finishing touch, some might say, to an evening of elegance.
