The rolls at <strong>Rock Lobster</strong> are sublimely simple: a buttered, toasted hot dog bun stuffed with a spot-on ratio of lemon zest, mayo, shredded meat and Old Bay spice. $14. <em>110 Ossington Ave., 416-533-1800. </em>
Sweet grilled corn, lime, green onions and chilies kick up the luscious lobster sub at <strong>Reds.</strong> It’s made for sharing, but you’ll want to devour one solo. $23. <em>77 Adelaide St. W., 416-862-7337.</em>

The Lobster Roll at The Mermaid and the Oyster in Oakville rocks. Full of fresh lobster meat and a light toss of lemon mayo. Just like home!!!
