Top 10 restaurants of 2009: The best of the rest

In our April issue, Toronto Life ranks the city’s 10 best restaurants and 10 best new restaurants. But even the most discriminating food critic has difficulty narrowing Toronto’s cornucopia of fabulous eateries to just 10.
