Reintroducing: the Thompson Diner, the restaurant formerly known as The Counter

The Counter, the casual 24-hour diner at the Thompson Hotel, is no more—not because it’s gone out of business or been shut down, but due to a name change. The restaurant is now known as the Thompson Diner due to a naming dispute, although the management declined to elaborate. No changes to the staff or atmosphere have been reported, but apparently the fear of litigation has inspired a new cheeseburger. Read the entire story [Post City] »
