The woman who spilled her tea at Tim Hortons: “I’m not going to sell my legs”

“I’m not going to sell my legs for $50.”

Nancy Ceci, the Richmond Hill woman who suffered second-degree burns after her boyfriend accidentally spilled an extra-large Tim Hortons tea into her lap, expressing her dissatisfaction with the coffee company’s response to the accident. Ceci told the Star that the Timmies head office offered her a $50 gift card if she agreed not to go to the media with her story. Tim Hortons claims its investigation into the incident is ongoing and that the gift card was offered with no strings attached.
