The food
Neapolitan pizzas, ready in 90 seconds. Customers can design their own pies with unlimited toppings, including spicy soppressata, shaved asparagus and blue cheese. For those who want something other than pizza, there’s a build-your-own salad bar. And for those who want even more pizza, there are doughy dessert pockets stuffed with things like Nutella and Skor bits.
The margherita is topped with fior di latte and basil. $9.
This DIY pie is made with fior di latte and mini meatballs. $13.
And this one comes with pesto, chicken, red peppers and shaved asparagus. $13.
Customers can choose two proteins and unlimited add-ons to build their own salads. $7/$12.
This “Sweet Pi” dessert pocket is stuffed with Nutella, peanut butter, strawberry and banana. $6.

Just soft drinks and water—Pi Co. isn’t licensed.
The space
MSDS Studios (the design agency responsible for Shopify’s Toronto office) turned a former Flight Centre into a 14-seat takeout spot. They covered as much surface area as possible with penny round tiles, including the Marra Forni pizza oven.
