VIDEO: Mentos wants Singaporeans to have lots of sex and make lots of babies

National Day, which takes place in Singapore on August 9, commemorates the country’s independence from Malaysia in 1965, and Mentos has decided to help the national holiday evolve by making up something called National Night, a celebration that encourages people to have lots of sex. The campaign—which even has a David Guetta–style lyrics video—is aimed at encouraging financially stable households to have sex with procreation in mind as a means to spike the national birthrate. Evidently, all it takes is a mint to get Singaporeans in the mood for lovemaking.
