Matt Blondin has been titillating Toronto food fans for weeks with coy tweets about his new snack bar, Junk (which, he has been quick to emphasize, will not actually be serving garbagey food). Like this tweet, for instance:

Unfortunately for Blondin, who’s opening the bar in partnership with Toronto food-truckers and caterers The Food Dudes, his big June 1 reveal has been compromised. Earlier today, BlogTO let slip that Junk is moving into the old Levack Block space in the middle of the Ossington strip, which, we can only assume, will soon enough morph into one giant, 24-hour snack bar run by a consortium of extremely cool Toronto chefs.
