Localista combines two of Toronto’s most cultish food obsessions: food trucks and farmers’ markets. The new roaming restaurant, run by old-school locovore chef Michael Potters, is serving international street food prepared with meat and veggies from local Ontario farms, and the menu will change with the seasons. For summer: sweet corn chowder, baby beets with feta, goat curry and Niagara peach cobbler. [PostCity]
