Fresh off the openings of Weslodge, Patria and Uniun, Charles Khabouth has announced plans to expand his Ink Entertainment empire into Montreal with a branch of the popular Yorkville bistro La SociétéThe new restaurant will be in the newly renovated Loews Hôtel Vogue, right in the city’s downtown, and will mimic the mosaic floor, stained glass and leather banquettes of the original. In a release, Khabouth said that the deal “marks the beginning of a promising long-time partnership between Ink Entertainment and Loews Hotels and Resorts”—which means Khabouth concepts could be popping up all across the U.S. La Société’s Montreal branch (which, for symmetry’s sake, should probably be called Society) is expected to open in March.
