In case you hadn’t been alerted, it’s National Doughnut Day, which wouldn’t mean too much except that it happens to mean this: free doughnuts. That’s right—Krispy Kreme is gifting all customers in the U.S. and Canada with a complimentary pastry in honour of the holiday (here are Toronto’s two downtown locations on a map). Some local doughnut shops are doing the same, including Glory Hole in Parkdale, which has 76 doughnuts up for grabs. You’re welcome, and sorry.
