The inventor of the Cronut unveils a new food gimmick (it has a few flaws)

Sequels tend to lack the artistry of their originals, so it’s no surprise that Dominique Ansel’s follow-up food gimmick is a bit less inspired than the pastry that made him world-famous. His new dessert is pretty simple, really: it’s a shot glass made out of chocolate chip cookies, filled with milk. (Mookie? Crilk? We like Crilk.) The way it works is, you drink the milk and then you eat the cookie. Because that’s the established order in which to do that—oh, wait.
