Flock Rotisserie and Greens to replace THR & Co.

The Harbord Room’s neighbouring sister restaurant has served its last customer. Executive chef and co-owner Cory Vitiello announced via Instagram that THR & Co. has closed and will reopen as the second location of Flock Rotisserie and Greens, his popular quick-service spot for chicken and salad. “My original dream for THR & Co. was for it to be a quintessential neighbourhood restaurant,” says Vitiello. “I think Flock is the perfect platform for that.” The new Harbord Street location will offer an expanded menu (fried chicken! booze!) and is scheduled to open by the end of January.
