On Thursday, April 21, Toronto Life welcomed more than 200 guests to the Rotman School of Management for a lively discussion on investing in Toronto real estate, followed by a cocktail reception catered by Peter and Pauls. The evening was sponsored by Bosley Real Estate Ltd. and featured leading experts discussing the city’s rapidly changing landscape and its unstoppable property market.

The panel consisted of Mark McLean, manager and broker at Bosley and the current president of the Toronto Real Estate Board, the largest association of realtors in the world with nearly 44,000 members; Sam Mizrahi, president of Mizrahi Developments, a leading developer of luxury condominiums that engage with the pedestrian life of the city; Jennifer Keesmaat, the city’s chief planner and one of the most influential people in Toronto, as selected in Toronto Life’s annual ranking; and Graeme Stewart, a principal architect and urban planner at ERA Architects, whose advocacy for tower renewal earned him a 2014 Jane Jacobs Prize. Maryam Sanati, editor of the special issue Toronto Life Real Estate, was moderator.
