Top Chef Canada finale to take place at Hockley Valley

At the end of our recap of the penultimate episode of Top Chef Canada, we mused that by the looks of things, next week’s finale will be taking place entirely in Toronto. Turns out, we were wrong. The final cook-off will in fact be taking place at Hockley Valley Resort, an hour or so northwest of the city. The resort’s president and owner John Paul Adamo will be joining the judging panel, and the challenge itself will take place at the resort’s restaurant, 85. So now you know.
