TIFF Fashion Poll: Jennifer Connelly, Kelly Preston, Kristin Scott Thomas, Whitney Able

Today’s contenders:

Jennifer Connelly: Connelly is definitely phoning it in a casually draped LBD and strappy heels, which we’ve seen everywhere this season. But then, we only wish we looked this good without effort. Kelly Preston: We know that to some extent, many maternity gowns look like muumuus, but this one really looks like a muumuu. It also looks like what a pregnant woman might wear to a harem. Kristin Scott Thomas: KST is almost a famous for her fashion mishaps as she is for her acting prowess, and this number proves no exception. Unless of course she’s researching a role as... er, nope, we got nothing. Thumbs down. Whitney Able: On the plus side, this anything-but-boring dress clearly involved risk and effort (two things that have been sadly absent from TIFF 2010). The print is fun, but we wish she’d left more to the imagination in the breast plate area. Why the dowdy footwear? [poll]
