TIFF Buzz Poll: Which Hollywood Star Are You Most Excited To See This Year?

TIFF-2013-Buzz-Poll-1

TIFF is only two weeks away, and we’re damn excited about it. There’s nothing else like the hoopla of the film festival in Toronto. Sure, the movies are world class—TIFF has essentially become the de facto Oscar preview party—but the real reason we’re getting giddy is the absurd euphoria that comes with spotting some real celebrities in the flesh. It never gets old. This year brings a particularly gawk-worthy cohort of A-listers, too.

For starters, there’s Benedict Cumberbatch, who has three films at TIFF, including his Julian Assange flick The Fifth Estate, which opens the festival on September 5. Smokeshow Olivia Wilde will also be here for the Ron Howard biopic Rush (we’re hoping husband Jason Sudeikis tags along as well), and we may even see Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) and Severus Snape (Alan Rickman) in the same room for the first time post-Hogwarts. It’s not just about the pretty young things either. Hollywood royalty is coming out, including Sandra Bullock and Meryl Streep. That’s right: Meryl Freakin’ Streep! Plus, Amy Poehler’s going to be here. And everybody likes Amy.
