Adrian Grenier, the former Entourage star and producer of the TIFF doc How to Make Money Selling Drugs, was snapped by an intrepid tipster at the TIFF Bell Lightbox’s O&B Canteen. Grenier is nothing if not consistent—he was spotted at the same King West café during festivals of yesteryear.
