Rob Ford is in a new Korn music video

Attention! Anyone who wore a lot of black t-shirts and baggy pants to school between 1996 and 1999: Korn misses you, and would like you to view this new music video of theirs, in which Rob Ford is used as a symbol of...corruption in the media? Cultural decay? Whatever the intended point, it seems really edgy. The song is called “Spike in My Veins.”

Ford isn’t the only media personality who figures in the video. Miley Cyrus is in there a lot, and so is Barack Obama (whom Korn frontman Jonathan Davis has called an “Illuminati puppet”), and so, funnily enough, are two more Canucks: Robin Thicke and Justin Bieber.

What’s more, this isn’t Rob Ford’s only strange video production of the afternoon. Earlier today, it came to light that the mayor and his brother Doug have quietly released a teaser for their YouTube series, Ford Nation, which they vowed to create when their Sun News show was cancelled after a single episode. The backdrop looks like it was made at a Kinkos and the audio sounds like it was recorded in an echoey high-school cafeteria. Enjoy:
