Our 30th annual “Where to Eat Now” issue, including the list of the year’s 10 best new restaurants, hits newsstands this Thursday. Food editor Rachel Heinrichs appeared on The Morning Show today to talk about the biggest trends in Toronto dining.
The French restaurant in Cabbagetown was called Provence Delices, and it was a Toronto institution for over 30 years.
