CONFIRMED: Philip Seymour Hoffman will make an appearance at TIFF 2011

Philip Seymour Hoffman’s publicists have confirmed his attendance at this year’s festival. He’ll be in town to promote The Ides of March, based on the play Farragut North by Beau Willimon, and Moneyball, a docu-drama about the Oakland A’s. Perhaps we’ll share some mint juleps.
