This summer, Hollywood’s favourite (and only) action hero–musical crossover star, Hugh Jackman, brings his swivelling hips, quivering vibrato and Wolverine claws to Toronto. Mirvish announced this morning that the X-Men star has committed to a limited two-week engagement at the Princess of Wales Theatre. There, the star will perform a selection of his favourite show tunes, including numbers from his Tony Award–winning role as Peter Allen in The Boy From Oz (see glorious video to the left).

Hugh Jackman in Concert runs July 5–17 at the Princess of Wales Theatre. Tickets on sale May 19.
