Damian Abraham of Fucked Up says he “can’t tour anymore,” sparking rumours that he’s leaving the band

Spinner recently reported that Fucked Up front man Damian Abraham was considering quitting the band, because he “can’t tour anymore.” Abraham is a father and a husband, and we’ve seen Almost Famous, so we can see why being on tour could take its toll on someone who has a life outside of making jams (the music kind—we can’t confirm that Abraham is into canning). There has been no final word on whether he will actually be leaving the band, but his final comments suggest he could be bowing out sooner that fans might like: “[Touring] messes with your head after a while, and I think this is why we need this break. Me especially, though, I’m the one losing it the most by far.”

UPDATE: Damian Abraham will not be quitting Fucked Up, according to a tweet this afternoon.
