Toronto Sun vents election disappointment with fire and brimstone cover

The province of Ontario was consumed by hellfire late last night, according to the Toronto Sun. While the paper’s website is considerably cheerier (“McGuinty’s Back” tops the homepage alongside a smiling photograph of the premier; lower down the paper explains, “McGuinty leaves Hudak in the dust”), we must admit this cover is incredibly eye-catching. Still, the Sun may be exhausting its options. If a Liberal minority is hell, then what happens if Ontario moves further left? We look forward to “We’ve got a Liberal majority: welcome to the lowest abyss of darkness,” or “We’ve got an NDP government: burn and blister in the fiery billows of Tartarus.”
