It’s been a little while since The Daily Show has seen fit to mock our mayor, but next week Jon Stewart will be delving into the weird world of Ford with a seasoned pro. Robyn Doolittle, the Toronto Star reporter whose work was instrumental in exposing the mayor’s history of substance abuse (she’s also one of only three journalists known to have watched the crack video) will be the show’s guest on Thursday, February 6, according to Comedy Central’s website. Presumably she’ll be promoting her new book, a Rob Ford compendium called Crazy Town, which is set to be released on Monday. The show airs at 11 p.m. on The Comedy Network, and at 12 a.m. on CTV.

UPDATE: As pointed out on Twitter by Adam Chaleff-Freudenthaler, it’s not actually true that The Daily Show hasn’t addressed Ford in “a little while.” There was a thing about his latest scandal on Wednesday’s episode. (You can watch it here.)
